Share the Love–Help Geocaches
This post is a reminder to me, but probably a good reminder for all. We were out last weekend, finding some geocaches. As always, it was great to be out and enjoy the outdoors.
We came across one geocache that needed some love. The log had been damp at one time. Now it was frozen. The bag is was in had seen many better days. The geocache had been around awhile. The logbook was filled with names from a couple years back. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any spare bags with me. I felt bad putting the log back in its cache, without doing my part.
We’ve found a few geocaches like that lately, a bag in sorry shape, the logbook looking rough. So, a reminder to me and everyone else who feels the same, help out your fellow geocachers. Bring some spare bags to protect those precious logbooks.
